I am very happy that DataCore chose Hicks Baker to find a new building for us to grow into. Their work in identifying the right choice of building by location, size, cost, and of course parking space was excellent. Our main aim was to reduce the time and effort we would need to put into finding a new building, as well as getting expertise on unfamiliar areas, and choosing the right building for the right fit at the right price. I know it was not an easy one to find something that was functionally right for our Support operation, needing an IT Data Centre equipped area, as well as the customer facing Sales & Training requirement.
