in Reading and the acquisition of retail property nationwide
for a variety of retained clients.

acquisition of residential sites in the South East.

Berkshire County Council
Estates and Valuations Department, dealing with a variety
of matters including the disposal of development sites,
acquisition of new facilities for Social Services and
Education, compulsory purchase, landlord and tenant.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
Bang & Olufsen
Providing advice on the acquisition of retail units
nationwide to all franchisees, including search and
selection, guidance on offers, overseeing the legal
process and liaising with the fit out team. Units acquired
recently include St Albans, Newbury, Colchester, Loughton,
Chobham, Windsor, Southampton, Salisbury and Birmingham.
Expert Witness
Acting for Jennings Racing on their betting licence
application to the magistrates court. The application
was contested by William Hill however the application
was granted.
Acting for First Leisure on their liquor licence application
in respect of a proposed 25,000 sq ft night club and
bar for Reading town centre. The application is due
to be heard this summer.
Forbury Square
Providing advice and marketing on an exciting new restaurant
and retail concept for Reading which will result in
four or five new restaurants and two or three new retailers
being incorporated within Readings newest and most prestigious
office development.
Friars Walk
Providing advice and marketing on Reading's latest
leisure destination. The scheme is likely to include
a night club, bar, restaurant, bowling alley and casino.
