Managing a predominantly retail estate of circa 80 operational and surplus properties located in central London, the western home counties and the welsh borders, providing a facilities management service and undertaking rent reviews lease renewals, surrenders, schedules of dilapidations acquisitions and disposals.

Motorcycle City
Retained by the company between 1997 and 2001, when the company was acquired by the Dixons Motor Group, undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals, providing strategic property advice and acquiring several existing and new build high profile showrooms, including West London, Reading and Manchester.

Somerset House Reading
I acquired this secondary mixed use investment having ground floor retails with offices above for Rowan Asset Management who successfully obtained an A3 planning consent before letting the property to a national pub operator and then selling the investment to Canada Life for approximately twice the initial purchase price.
