Acting on behalf of Nocitra Limited, Hicks Baker has let 4,673 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation at Theale House, opposite the station, to Clarify Solution Selling Limited.
Clarify, who are expanding locally, have agreed a new 6 year sub-lease and will be paying rent of £21.77 per sq. ft. after an initial rent free period.
The first floor office suite was until recently occupied by Landesk Inc. who moved to Apex Plaza in central Reading following their merger with Avocent Corporation.
Commenting on the deal, Richard Woudberg, Group Legal Counsel of Nocitra, said: ‘We are obviously delighted to have found a new tenant for the building in challenging marketing conditions so soon after losing Landesk due to their company restructuring. It speaks well of the quality of the building and reaffirms our view that Theale is an excellent location from which to conduct business.'
