Hicks Baker has been appointed as joint agent to work with Jones Lang LaSalle on Templars Square, Cowley near Oxford. The centre is owned by Zurich Assurance Ltd and asset managed by Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd.
Templars Square is the largest covered shopping centre in Oxford with 63 units and approximately 250,000 sq ft of retail space. It has a loyal customer base of 95,000 shoppers per week and a lively and varied calendar of activities and attractions to encourage repeat visits and extend dwell time.
A number of new initiatives are being explored in order to accommodate complimentary retailers to the scheme who currently have space requirements for this location.
