99p Stores has opened its latest outlet at Templars Square Shopping Centre in Cowley, Oxford, the 43rd store to open this year.
This is 99p Stores' 40th former Woolworth's store and it is a welcome addition, in prime pitch of the shopping centre.
They have taken a ten year lease at a rent of £90,000 per annum and, from offer to opening of the store, took just two weeks.
99p Stores hopes to take advantage of its new location at Templars Square shopping centre, a value-led retail outlet, which has bucked the general economic trend by providing a loyal and local customer base with reasonably priced products.
The joint agents for Templars Square are Matthew Maddox at Jones Lang LaSalle and Fiona Brownfoot at Hicks Baker.
99p Stores' agent is Sally Lloyd-Jones from Proteus.
Templars Square is asset-managed by Threadneedle on behalf of Zurich Assurance Limited.
