PROPERTY MANAGER- MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Hicks Baker has a vacancy for a full time surveyor in its' Property Management Department.
Based in Reading, the successful candidate will preferably be qualified to MRICS standard, but more importantly will have a minimum of two year's experience working in private practice. He or she will handle a varied caseload covering landlord and tenant, rent reviews, service charges administration as well as day to day management issues, throughout the Thames Valley and Southern England, and Wales.
The individual must be a team player, smartly presented, with the ability to operate without close supervision and to act on his/her own initiative.
