The continued strength of Reading's retail market has been underlined by the news that a new Tesco Express will be opening at 4/5 Market Place just down from the Post Office.
The unit comprises 3,025 sq ft of ground floor retail space plus a further 1,715 sq ft in the basement. The retailer is paying £60,000 per annum on a new 15 year lease.
