Hicks Baker, Reading's leading retail property consultant, has been appointed as sole agent for The Galleries Shopping Centre, Aldershot.
The Galleries is owned by Zurich Assurance and asset managed by Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd.
The Galleries is a 100,000 sq ft shopping outlet in the centre of Aldershot adjoining the Wellington Centre.
Aldershot has been identified as a potential location to host the British Olympic Team in the run up to the 2012 which is expected to boost investment in the town's sports facilities. The Ministry of Defence is also releasing 350 acres of land for 4,500 new homes estimated to increase the population by 12,000 people.
