Agility in market produces quick deal

Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Investments, Hicks Baker has let 2,978 sq ft (277 sq m) of second-floor office space at St. Mary's House, 66-68 St. Mary's Butts in Reading to Agility Logistics; the deal was concluded less than 3 months after the start of formal marketing of the property.
Agility has signed a five-year lease with an option to break at the end of the second year. The quoting rent was £49,137 pa, equating to £16.50 per sq ft(£177.60 per sq m).
