Peter Fry BSc (Hons) MRICS ACIArb. has joined Hicks Baker as Partner responsible for Landlord & Tenant Services.
Peter was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle as head of the national retail lease advisory team in London. During his career with JLL he worked in both its London and Leeds offices, in the latter as head of the lease advisory team for the North East. Peter's appointment is something of a return home for him as he started his career with Berkshire County Council and was also previously the head of the professional services team of Rogers Chapman's Thames Valley office in Bracknell.
Peter joins Linda Staker MRICS IRRV ACIArb in the professional services department, where she will continue to head up the Business Rates section.
Nigel Baker now heads the Investment Department, concentrating on the requirements of private investor clients in the UK but also for those domiciled abroad, especially in Ireland and South Africa. He works closely with consultant Neil Foreman who has an established investor client base.
