Hicks Baker announces major Reading office deal

US digital storage solutions provider Commvault has taken 20,000 sq ft at PRUPIM's Apex Plaza, in Reading town centre.
Commvault, advised by Hicks Baker, has signed a new 10-year lease at an undisclosed rent.
Roger Hicks of Hicks Baker commented: "Apex Plaza will offer Commvault a strong locational platform as we enter the next phase of the business development cycle."
Aaron Pope, PRUPIM's associate director said: "This deal underpins Apex Plaza's position as the most successful multi-let office building in Reading."
