offering a personalised service to the corporate occupier
market.

Holt Walters
Equity Partner responsible for property acquisitions
and disposals, development and consultancy services.
1986 – 1995
Vail Williams
Associate Partner (from 1987) based in Reading, responsible
for town centre offices (acquisitions & disposals).
Subsequently promoted to Head of Research & Consultancy
Services, providing strategic property advice and portfolio
management to corporate clients, Government agencies
