Hicks Baker is delighted to announce the appointment of Lloyd Rockall as Director. Lloyd will lead, develop and expand the Building Surveying Department in order to offer a more comprehensive service to both internal and external clients.
Lloyd is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive technical experience in commercial real estate across the main sectors and is able to act for both purchasers, owners and occupiers by advising on dilapidations, neighbourly matters, external repairs/ maintenance, refurbishment and the full range of contract administration services from inception of a project right through to completion. With the benefit of a strong residential background he is also able to offer advice on prime residential acquisitions, and his postgraduate qualification and experience in building conservation means he is well positioned to advise on heritage projects.
