Hicks Baker is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Schofield as Associate Director. Adam will lead and grow the Lease Advisory department to meet rising demand from clients. Previously based in London as a property adviser, his arrival at Hicks Baker marks a return to the Thames Valley, having developed his career between 2003 and 2021 with two other Thames Valley-based firms.
Adam brings with him extensive experience. He will be providing advice to clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regearing/restructuring, and general consultancy advice on commercial leases across all the main commercial property sectors, including open storage. He advises both landlords and tenants and can also act as an Expert Witness for dispute resolution via Arbitration or Expert Witness; and for Court and PACT (Professional Arbitration on Court Terms).
